Exchange Policy


Eligibility for exchange

Items must be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are accepted for size issues or manufacturing defects only.


Items not eligible for exchange

Sale items or products during promotions/discounts will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Items that show signs of wear, including make up stains, fragrance, or damage will be rejected.

Exchanges are accommodated only once.

Items that have already been exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.

How to request an exchange

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via 0768608110 or notch.ceylon@gmail.com

Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and clear images of the item.

Once approved, the items will be picked up by our courier partner.

 

Return inspection & Exchange approval

After the items reaches our office, it will undergo a quality check to ensure the garment is in original condition and free from damage.

Only upon passing inspection will the exchange be processed.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

 

Shipping Charges

Reverse pick up charges (if applicable) may be deducted from your online store credit or borne by the customer.

Exchanges due to faulty or damaged items will be handled at no extra cost to you.

 

Refunds

No refunds will be issued against returns under any circumstance.

If an exchange cannot be accommodated, an online store credit will be provided, valid for 60 days.
