Shipping Policy

Orders within Colombo 1-15 are delivered within 2-3 business days.

Deliveries outside Colombo take 3-5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods such as promotions or holidays, deliveries may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Our courier team will contact you before delivery. If they're unable to reach you after three attempts, your order will be cancelled. Please contact us to reschedule your order.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges apply to all orders including exchanges.

Items exchanged due to defects will be delivered at no additional cost.

All delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are non refundable.

Orders are delivered only to the address provided at check out.

Address changes can be requested via WhatsApp (0768608110) prior to dispatch.

Parcels returned after failed delivery attempts or after 7 days can be delivered upon payment confirmation.
