All Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice. While we strive to display accurate colours and details, we cannot guarantee that your device will reflect them perfectly.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in LKR and are subject to change without notice. We use trusted third party payment processors to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment details. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. 

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. 

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Notch is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact. Certain items (such as discounted items or promotional items) may not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, and texts, is the property of Notch and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. 

User Conduct
